30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Freeaim VR shoes. If for any reason you're not, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with all accessories included.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

Delivery Time (after lead time):

• North America: 5-7 business days
• Europe: 7-10 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Freeaim Technologies Ltd. warrants that your Freeaim VR shoes will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If a defect arises within the warranty period, Freeaim will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
• Issue free replacement parts if appropriate.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Wear and tear from excessive use, or from using in way not recommended, e.g. an abrasive floor like concrete or stone.
• Accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Use outside of the intended purpose

Outside of the warranty period, we will continue to offer services for repair and maintenance.

To request warranty service, please contact Freeaim Technologies with proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns may apply.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your jurisdiction.

Please note that each pair of Freeaim VR shoes is made to order, with a current lead time of approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase. The estimated shipping date will be sent you by email.

You will receive updates on your order's progress, and we will notify you once your VR shoes are ready to ship.

Please note that movement when using VR Shoes approximates the feeling of natural walking, similar to how it you might feel on a gym treadmill, however individual experiences will vary.

The support frame helps with balance, however it is essential to be physically fit and have a good sense of balance; sufficient enough to be able to walk and jog without any discomfort. 

The VR shoes automatically detect when you start and stop, and how fast to move & accelerate. A mobile app, and a SteamVR menu are used to adjust some settings in order for you to get the best experience, a bit like adjusting IPD on a VR headset.

Out of the box, please follow our user guide and video tutorials to complete the set-up and ensure the best possible experience: your settings are saved so frequent adjustment should not be necessary.

We have found that everyone who tries the VR shoes can walk with them, utilizing the support frame, within 20 minutes, with most being able to within 5 minutes. So for each new user, please allow that much time for them to get used to the experience.
